CPA firm looking for administrative assistance/receptionist for busy office.
*Responsibilities and Duties* * Facilitate office communications and calendars * Provide exceptional customer service * Data entry * Processing of income tax returns, financial statements, sales tax and payroll tax reports * General office duties *Qualifications and Skills* Successful candidate needs the be able to work in a fast paced environment and have strong attention to detail.
Reliability and punctuality is required.
Individual needs strong verbal and written communication skills along with being computer literate and having typing skills.
Experience with Excel and Word is strongly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.
00 - $18.
