Including but not limited to maintaining established office hours Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm.
Answering telephone, receive and schedule resident maintenance requests, collection of rents, contacting vendors if needed, following up on voice mails and work along side of other team members in maintaining good physical and safe condition.
Provide prospective residents with information to assist them in choosing your property as their future home via telephone or walk-in.
Preparation of move-in paperwork through actual move-in process.
Assist current residents with various matters related to their residency while professionally maintaining established community policies.
Must have limited computer skills with word processing and able to learn new management program.
