New 19gal. RV water heater - $250 (Big Curve neighborhood)

I bought this water heater for my stationary trailer in 2021.
It turned out I didn't need it anyway.
So it's been sitting in my Arizona room all this time.
I opened the box to show it has never been used.
It is essentially still in the box.
I paid $360 for it.
I'm asking $250 because it is actually brand new.
