Handyman/Laborer

Looking for someone to be responsible for general maintenance, cleaning and sanitation of bathrooms, floors and other areas.
Someone who can maintain outside duties and organize equipment.
Pickup of donated equipment and household items.
Must be responsible, reliable and dependable.
Need someone who can work with minimal supervision.
