We need a CRS who is simply obsessed with providing the ultimate client experience and can hit the ground running and take charge of the position, waiting around for instructions or what to do won't work.
This position is a crucial role in providing exceptional “White Glove” customer service and administrative support at our law firm’s front office.
The CRS serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors, ensuring a positive experience and efficient operations.
*This job requires that:* · You have a strong background with a minimum of 3 years in sales and customer service.
· You thrive on helping potential new clients experience all that Territorial Law has to offer by answering questions, diving into their case, and connecting them with one of our experienced Attorneys.
· You provide service with empathy and understanding, identifying, and anticipating the needs to provide appropriate resources and ensure all needs are met.
· You are detail oriented when it comes to collecting information, following processes, and speaking with clients.
· You can navigate multiple computer programs at once all while speaking with clients.
· You seek out and gather details as well as document them at an expert level.
· You are a team player! You work well within a team environment, collaborating with teammates.
· You are an admin extraordinaire; you are bilingual (Spanish/English), able to type at least 45 wpm without error, navigate multiple computer systems, actively listen, possess excellent communication, and conflict resolution skills and are flexible.
*The Job* This position must be staffed by an individual who is business development oriented and works well with people.
As a CRS, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients, you will handle a large volume of incoming client calls, screen leads by monitoring all potential new client inquiries coming in a manner of forms from email to internet, phone and referrals and then reaching out to potential new clients to establish a relationship, many follow up calls may be necessary to guarantee this relationship is established.
Once established, you’ll conduct new client intake by obtaining case details, entering this information into our case management software, schedule appointments, and presenting it to our attorneys to determine if a case should be retained.
Along the way you’ll also maintain logs and reporting systems to reflect the status of all potential new client cases and assist the attorney with the administrative tasks related to opening a new case.
Requesting client reviews and review follow-ups will be a big part of this role.
You will also make referral calls to partners depending on the circumstances of the case.
*Qualifications* · High school or equivalent (Required) · Fluent Spanish (Required) · Must have valid driver’s license (Required) · Microsoft Office: 1 year Word, Excel, and Outlook programs (Required) · Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills (Required) · Excellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills (Required) · Previous customer service or sales experience (Required) · Strong background in performance-based metrics (Preferred) · Prior office experience in the legal field (is a plus) · Familiarity with case management and CRM systems (is a plus) · Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be present throughout your resume.
