We are seeking a front office supervisor for a busy medical practice.
Some required skills are the ability to multi-task, being punctual to work (7:45am arrival time required), telephone skills, ability to work independently, ability to lead a team, good customer service, time management, organization skills, great attention to detail, and a team player.
Must maintain professionalism and be quality focused.
In addition to supervising the front office staff, some of the job duties include welcoming patients and visitors in person or on the telephone; answering and/or referring inquiries to the appropriate person.
Scheduling patients for multiple providers.
Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time, and exam room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.
Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying provider and MA's of patient's arrival.
Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information, collect co-pays and balances from patients.
Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Knowledge of EPIC a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $34,000.
00 - $42,000.
