cfm?action=specbulletin&ClassSpecID=1332898&headerfooter=0 Primary Function Under general supervision, provides efficient and effective customer service to power customers, receives payments, handles customer inquiries, resolves complaints and performs data input related to power payment arrangements and creates connect, disconnect, reconnect and trouble orders.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications High school equivalency and two years of cashiering experience including one year of telephone customer service experience working with customer accounts and negotiating payment arrangements.
Licensing & Certification Requirements valid driver's license issued by the State of California, Department of Motor Vehicles is required.
An official current driving record (obtained within the last six months) from your local State Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) or from the official DMV website must accompany the job application (no third-party records accepted).
Veteran's Preference (External Applicants Only): Submit DD form 214 or other evidence of veterans' status by the job posting deadline.
Other Requirements/Testing Experience working in Division Offices and/or the Call Center is preferred.
Successful candidate must be able to successfully pass a credit check.
