Veterinary Client Service Representative
SALARY: $14.
85-$16.

Ironwood Veterinary Clinic has been serving our community for over 30 years.
Our general practice provides preventative care and treatment services to our community.
The clinic is open Monday- Friday 7am-5pm and closed on the weekends.
We are looking for a part- time Client Service Representative.
This position includes answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, using internet and computer programs, interacting with pets and clients extensively, interacting with other team members, and collecting/processing payments.
The position we are looking to fill is Mondays and Fridays (may be subject to change depending on the needs of the business).
Shifts are 8-10 hours daily.
Salary depending on experience and knowledge.
OUR IDEAL CANIDATE ALIGNS WITH THE FOLLOWING:
Basic math and veterinary terminology
MUST >1 year experience
Basic knowledge in small animal veterinary preventative care, diseases, and treatment.
Delivering excellent customer service and ability to multi-task
Ability to work efficiently, and remain calm during stressful situations
Passionate about growth and development
Reliable and compassionate
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Regularly sits at computer station.
· Must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of forty pounds with reasonable accommodations
· Typically stands, bends, stoops, and crouches.
· Constant exposure to animals
· Exposed to foul odors and feces and bodily fluids
