We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team.
The Office Manager supports the staff and residents of our Community.
The primary responsibilities of this position are to assist residents and families with questions, assist with billing and collecting of monthly charges, and assist with employee records.
This position serves as front desk reception and will require you to answer phone calls and be a point of contact for existing and prospective families and residents.

Office Manager duties include:
Answer phone calls, greet and welcome guests, receive and deliver incoming mail/packages, schedule meetings and coordinate office activities
Maintain employee personnel files
Onboard new hires and ensure completion of required forms
Track employee training
Responsible for office supply and equipment orders
Assist with maintaining business records including residency agreements
Assist with managing billing and collections
Assist with managing accounts payable

Requirements
Qualifications:
Experience in office management or bookkeeping
Interest in human resources functions and employment regulations
Ability to process bills and accounts payable
Must be able to meet all state and local requirements for employment screening, including drug/ background screening and abuse registry where applicable
Additional Requirements:
Sincere interest in providing quality and compassionate services for seniors
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
Maintain employee and resident confidentiality
