Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Supervisor to join our team.
As the Quality Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
This is a critical role in our organization, as it directly impacts the safety and satisfaction of our customers.
Duties:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement preventive measures
- Train and educate employees on quality control procedures and best practices
- Analyze data and generate reports on quality performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, including FDA regulations, and ensure compliance
- Lead investigations into product defects or customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Oversee the calibration and maintenance of testing equipment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in quality control or a similar role for over 3 years
- Strong knowledge of quality inspection techniques, HACCP principles, and quality management systems
- Familiarity with QA/QC methodologies and tools
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends or patterns
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
