*General Qualifications:*
* Must have 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
* Applicant with maintenance experience in a mobile home/rv park is a huge plus.
* Candidates should be self-motivated, forward-thinking, well-organized and able to communicate well with staff.
* Leadership skills, including interacting with vendors and staff.
* Candidates that possess general carpentry skills, landscaping maintenance, groundskeeping, electrical, plumbing and working outdoors should apply.
* Manage and organize the maintenance garage.
* Must be able to hire, train and manage up to 4 employees.
* Open to a two-person management team.
*General Responsibilities:*
* Intermediate electrical, water, sewer, plumbing, and propane maintenance and repair
* Must oversee new construction and day-to-day operations of RV/Mobile Home Resort Community
* Must report to the community manager
* General carpentry and painting
* Ability to react promptly to park maintenance repairs
* Delegate and complete daily work orders and tasks on time
* Project management
* Provide leadership guidance to the maintenance team
* Maintain resort equipment tools and logs
* Manage and organize the maintenance garage
* Facility repair and maintenance
* Excavation and digging
* Work alongside vendors
* Work with a small team
* Customer service
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20-$25/hr.

Onsite housing - Park Model, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, with a loft is available.
