Maintenance Director

Harvest Preparatory Academy is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of maintenance principles and practices, as well as the ability to manage and lead a team of maintenance professionals.
The Maintenance Director will be responsible for the overall maintenance of our facilities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
Responsibilities Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program Manage and lead a team of maintenance professionals Schedule and coordinate maintenance work Inspect and maintain facilities Prepare and track maintenance budgets Work with contractors and vendors Resolve maintenance issues Comply with all safety regulations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field 5+ years of experience in maintenance management Strong understanding of maintenance principles and practices Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
