*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our team.
As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting potential tenants with finding their ideal rental property and ensuring a smooth leasing process.
_*Duties:*_
- Greet and assist prospective tenants in a professional and friendly manner
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential renters
- Provide accurate information about rental properties, including floor plans, amenities, and lease terms
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately
- Collect rental payments and security deposits from tenants
- Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages or repairs needed
- Stay up-to-date with fair housing regulations and ensure compliance in all leasing activities

-Basic understanding of MS Office
-Good customer services skills
- Strong knowledge of real estate administrative tasks and leasing procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to negotiate lease terms effectively with potential tenants
- Proficiency in using property management software.
- Sales experience is a plus
