Role Expectations:
Operational Excellence: Manage daily park operations, including rent collection, bookkeeping (data entry into Excel), and ensuring the park remains a well-oiled machine.
Maintenance Savvy: Address and manage RV issues relating to plumbing, electrical systems, and general fixes.
You don’t need to be an expert in all areas, but a hands-on approach and problem-solving mindset are key.
Leadership: Oversee additional handymen and provide estimates and support for repairs and purchases.
Financial Diligence: Keep meticulous records, ensuring rents are collected diligently and bank deposits are made promptly.
Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for both owners and tenants, fostering a friendly and professional park environment.
Requirements:
Experience: Previous Rental Manager experience is a must.
References: Please be prepared to provide at least two professional references.
Skills: Familiarity with basic maintenance tasks and the ability to coordinate with others to get the job done.
Accountability: This is not an hourly position.
