Dream scenario: 1 or 2 bedroom, 1 bath.
Around $700-$750 a month, but with the Yuma housing market being the absolute atrocity is it now.

It's not 2019 anymore.
Smart Scenario: We team up and rent a house, apartment, or condo/townhome with an equal bedroom-to-bathroom ratio.
Nobody likes to share a bathroom.
Split necessary utilities such as water/trash, APS, internet, rent (obviously), and whatever else I may be forgetting
Scenario #3: I rent a room/bathroom from your already existing residence.
About me: 34 year old male.
Single dad.
Typical Mon-Fri 40hrs a week type of job at the hospital.
My kid is generally with me on alternating weekends, but occasionally a week at a time.
I am a bit of a recluse, but I am somewhat of a gamer and usually go past 10 pm on the weekends.
My belongings can honestly fit in one of those small U-Haul trucks.
I don't carry much outside of clothing, my bed, desk, and tv.
I don't come with any pets, so there's no worrying about getting animal hair on everything.
I'm honestly in no hurry, but as with most things the sooner the better.
