Responsibilities: - Conduct sales activities to promote and sell products or services to customers - Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers through product demos - Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns - Utilize phone etiquette to effectively communicate with customers and provide information about products or services - Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions, policies, and procedures - Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a regular basis - Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives - Stock and organize merchandise to ensure a visually appealing sales floor Skills: - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Experience in jewelry sales, wireless sales, electronics sales, or retail math is a plus - Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is an asset - Ability to effectively demonstrate product features and conduct product demos - Knowledge of inventory management and stock replenishment processes - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
