They are basically identical homes - they each have 8 bedrooms and 6 baths.
This is a great getaway for family reunions, weddings, and large groups (small groups OK as well).
Each home has 2 large master bedrooms with walk-out balconies overlooking the ocean.
One home has 7 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 4 bunk beds, and the other home has 8 kings and 2 bunks.
These homes are located on the BEST BEACH in Rocky Point - Playa Encanto Beach, which is a few minutes down the beach from Rocky Point (about 12 minutes drive time from town).
The rental price per house is $600-$700 per house per night - depending on the season and the number of people in your group.
One house (E1) has just been totally remodeled from top to bottom, with all new appliances, mattresses, bedding, kitchen fully stocked, all new windows and sliding doors, etc.
The other house (E2) has been given all new windows and sliding doors.
Each room on the ocean side has spectacular views of the beach and the ocean.
Each has a spacious back patio with abundant tables, chairs, chaise lounges, plus a large sit-around fire pit for tun partying at night.
