About your Role:
Pathways is seeking a a dynamic individual for our part time Medical Assistant position.
The Medical Assistant assists in the management of the refill request line, takes vital signs and discusses medication issues with prescribers and pharmacy staff.
Does the Following Apply to You?
Certification as a Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant from an accredited college or technical school and at least one year experience in the field.
Current TB test
CPR/First Aide (Adult and Child)
Valid Arizona driver’s license (without restrictions)
Current automobile insurance
Must be eligible for fingerprint clearance approval without restrictions (and maintain during employment)
Bilingual preferred
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage time
Ability to collaborate
Familiar with EHR software (preferred)
Effective problem solving
Knowledge of Psychiatric medications (preferred)
